Sassy Tin Heart Earrings

These fun earrings were created with three different tins, hand embossed, hand riveted and secured with a crystal olive green bead with sterling silver wire.
The ear-wire is surgical stainless steel. Not including the ear-wire, the earring is about 1 ½ inches long and ¾ inch at the widest part.
Vintage tins have been in circulation for many years and even decades. Many of these tins held cookies, teas and cakes back in the 1960s, 1970s, and the 1980s. There may be some minor scratches and divots. This is all part of the life of the tins we use in our jewelry.
