Swing Lotus Tin Earrings

These babies have a great deal of swing when worn, as there are loosely connected components allowing for freedom of movement. Part of the earring has been powder-coated with a paint similar to that used in car paint, which is permanently baked into the metal. The lotus tin dates back to the 1970s-1980s and has such a perfect color combination.

Vintage tins have been in circulation for many years and even decades. Many of these tins held cookies, teas and cakes back in the 1960s, 1970s, and the 1980s. There may be some minor scratches and divots. This is all part of the life of the tins we use in our jewelry.
